  • How much does it cost?

    Plans including GLP-1 medication and coaching start at $299/month, after an initial onboarding month at $449. We’ll provide you with personalized plan recommendations and transparent pricing options after your initial 15-minute consultation.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    No. If you qualify for GLP-1 through your physician, we’ll help you pursue coverage and pair coaching with it. We do accept HSA and FSA.

  • Do you offer online coaching or only in-person?

    Both. Coaching is available virtually; local clients can meet in person. Medication prescribing and fulfillment depends on your state and our physician partner and is confirmed during your consultation.

  • Do I have to exercise?

    We’ll start with outlining a daily movement practice you’ll actually do, which may simply consist of increasing steps. The most important part is making it realistic for your life and sustainable for the long-term, which is why we don’t just offer a “one-size-fits-all” approach. We’ll discuss your current routine (or lack thereof) and what’s achievable for you to support your goals.

  • What if I just want the medication?

    Then we’re not the right fit for you. We strategically pair GLP-1 medication with coaching so results stick. The reason? Medication alone will not succeed long-term without behavior change. Coaching is critical to lay a foundation for success.

  • Do you address hormone health?

    Yes. We can coordinate hormone testing and replacement therapy with a nurse practitioner when appropriate, and we coach sleep and stress so symptoms don’t derail progress.

  • How much of a time commitment are your programs?

    During the first month, your initial onboarding call is 90 minutes, followed by weekly 30-minute check-ins to keep you accountable and make adjustments as needed. After the initial month, you can choose between group coaching or periodic quick check-ins based on what best fits your schedule.
