    You have the power to make change for yourself. A coach challenges you and helps you come up with strategies to improve your health and wellness that will work for YOU. Then your coach will hold you accountable to the action items you determine for yourself. You are more likely to adopt these changes – because you know what will work for you!

  • What Topics Will You Cover?

    We’ll cover a broad variety of topics that come up when we’re working the Wellness Wheel. We know that people are more likely to adopt changes to their lifestyle if they understand WHY something works. So we will bring you the WHY of every topic we cover.   • How Many People Will Be in a Group?

    We will cap the group size at 50. Each session will have 1-2 individuals selected for motivational interviewing. We will have formats for you to follow along and answer the questions for yourself so that you walk away with a personalized game plan for the week!
